RBF – Remove Before Flight

An iconic element of Alpha clothing that provides a unique look is the Remote Before Flight inscription, which can be found on almost all models. In Alpha's collection this year, even more emphasis has been placed on the RBF tape, integrating it into several garments. But before reviewing the new models in detail, let's briefly summarize what the RBF inscription means, who uses it, and where.

RBF, meaning Remove Before Flight. These red tags and ribbons appear as warnings on aircraft and spacecraft. Generally, these signs are found on protective covers placed on moving parts while on the ground, which ground personnel remove before flight.

An essential part of the Alpha Industries brand is the red RBF tape, which can be found on almost all models, usually on the left side of jackets, placed on the pencil pocket. Since the red inscription has become a true symbol over time, it has been used as decoration in several places in this year's collection.

The RBF tape running along the side seams of the new sweatpants, joggers, and shorts makes the wearer's appearance truly unique. The inscribed tape runs along the same line on some t-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies, so we can achieve a unified look by combining the various models.

As an interesting solution, tapes not placed on the outer seam also appear on some sweaters and hoodies, as the RBF inscription runs along the inner line of the sweaters.

True Alpha fans do not have to give up the red inscription when wearing underwear either, as the tape has also been added to the back of the socks.
