We undertook a difficult task in today's article as we attempt to present the variants developed from the classic MA-1 base model. Alpha has produced a great many different jackets based on the original shape of the MA-1, and these garments differ not only in their cut but also in their colors and patterns. The large selection helps everyone find the most suitable jacket for themselves. Let's look at the models in order, without claiming completeness.
It is almost unbelievable, but we can choose our favorite from 23 different colors and patterns in the MA-1 TT cut. Made of a thinner material compared to the classic base model, this jacket is excellent for the spring-autumn season. Its feather-light weight and water-repellent material make it a truly pleasant wear. It is also available in such unique color shades as dark maroon, which is a dark burgundy color shade, lemon, air blue, and silver pink, which put the wearer right in the spotlight during an evening party with their bright colors. For lovers of military patterns, models in woodland (erdei terep), white or black camo, grey, wood, and olive camo patterns have been made.
MA-1 GC
Several different letter-designated variants of this model have been made, which are usually sewn from a matte-finish material, with many of them featuring a dense pattern. Such as Revolution and Peace, which stand out from the crowd with their graffiti-like patterns.
MA-1 LW IRIDIUM
The form-fitting cut, water-repellent material, and light weight make this jacket our favorite wear, alongside the fact that its material and colors have received a special shade that draws the eye. It appears in our selection in 6 basic colors, of which Titan is the only one that is not the previously accustomed among Alpha jackets.
MA-1 MOON LANDING REV
This model is one of our favorites because it has several elements that make it unique. One is the reversible wear; the inner part commemorates the Moon landing, as it is decorated with the pattern of footsteps left by astronauts on the lunar surface. The unique patches and two ribbons are just the cherry on top. Available in black, replica blue, and silver colors in our webshop.
Varianty MA-1 TT:
MA-1 TT COAT was made for those who prefer longer cuts, since these jackets with mid-thigh lengths can rather be called coats than jackets.
MA-1 TT HOOD adapts the base model to today's trends, as a hood has been added to the neck area, making it look as if you are wearing a sweater under the jacket. Extra thin, very useful on cooler summer mornings or spring weather.
MA-1 TT NASA REVERSIBLE I-II jackets were made as part of Alpha's NASA collection, decorated with patches paying tribute to space flight. The difference between the two sub-models is mainly to be found in the pattern, placement, and number of patches.
MA-1 TT PATCH I-II the difference can also be noticed among the patches, because as the number of model variants increases, the number of patches on these jackets also increases.
MA-1 VF LW we get the tapered version of the base MA-1 jacket if we choose this model. We call your attention to the fact that due to the tapered cut, it is worth choosing one size larger so that its daily wear is definitely comfortable. There is also a great color selection for this model, we can find the one we like best among 16 different patterns and colors.
