Guide to navigating the versions of the MA-1 TT jacket

The MA-1 TT jacket is one of the core items in Alpha's lineup. Much like the classic-cut MA-1 flight jacket, it was originally designed for pilots to protect them from the harsh conditions experienced in cold climate zones. However, the TT model was designed so that its lightweight nylon construction is comfortable even in tight spaces, and the inner lining was omitted, thereby promoting better breathability for the garment. Despite the lack of a lining, the jacket retains warmth, allowing the wearer to feel comfortable even in cold weather.

Compared to the basic MA-1 jacket, the TT model is slimmer-cut, thus following the body's lines better. Since this jacket was designed for warmer months, we recommend wearing only a shirt or a T-shirt with it; grandma's Norwegian-patterned knitted sweater won't fit underneath, so don't even try wearing it under your jacket. The MA-1 TT jacket will be your excellent companion on a cool spring or summer evening. It protects you well against cold and rain.

MA-1 TT

The basic piece is available in 25 different—yes, you read that right, 25 different—colors! Among these, you can find less commonly worn shades like silver pink, spicy red, and pieces providing such a unique look as the white or original camouflage model. Naturally, all the jackets exhibit the features already familiar from Alpha: you'll find the pencil pocket placed on the left sleeve, the classic red Remove before flight zipper pull, and the elastic cotton hand and waist cuffs on the models as well.

MA-1 TT COAT

This model is the lengthened version of the basic jacket. It provides the same comfort and warmth as the regular TT model, and it is also an extra-thin and lightweight wear. The Coat version does not end at the waist but reaches all the way to mid-thigh, protecting the entire body better in rainy, windy weather. The finishing of the upper part matches the basic model, and the lengthened bottom can be drawn together with a cord so the wind doesn't crawl under the jacket. You can choose from 4 colors.

MA-1 TT LONG

Although the word "long" is in its name, there is not too much length difference compared to the basic TT jacket. This model differs in that its length reaches the hips (it is 5 cm longer) rather than the waist. The slanted pocket, pencil pocket, and cotton cuffs also appear here, but this is a more practical choice in cooler weather than the standard TT model. Available in 5 colors in our store.

MA-1 TT NASA REVERSIBLE and REVERSIBLE II

We love this special model! The snow-white version is simply gorgeous. The models decorated with NASA patches are available in two versions. The difference lies in the placement of the patches, and the II models are reversible, so if you don't want the patches to show, you can turn it into a basic MA-1 TT jacket. By the way, the lining is also special; except for the white model, the others are decorated with tiny white stars contrasting with the lining color. Whichever of the four colors you choose, you will surely be fashionable, and plus you'll have two jackets in one thanks to the reversibility.

MA-1 TT PATCH and PATCH II

If you adore patches, then choose this model. Because you will find quite a few of them on these jackets. The basic PATCH model is only available in black, while the PATCH II can be purchased in 5 colors and with newer types of patches. Certain colors will provide a unique look for you since the patches are not conspicuous, as their color matching the base color makes them almost imperceptible from a distance. Both models are waist-length and contain the basic Alpha traits.

MA-1 TT TATTOO

Your appearance will be interesting and unique if you choose this model. The right sleeve of the jacket is entirely decorated with a pattern, the rest of the jacket is similar to the basic model, and its inner lining is orange.
