This jacket is a garment designed for very low temperatures. Its outer shell provides maximum protection against wind and rain, and the material is completely water-repellent. We can walk in the rain without even noticing the vagaries of the weather. It is designed for temperatures below 10 degrees, so we can soon pull it out of the closet and the cooler wind won't bother us at all.
